As we mentioned before, we have been teaching
design-related software programs since 1998. We can come to
your Central Coast home or office (a small travel fee may
occur). We can also offer one-on-one training, and semi-private
instruction at MacTeacher
(on either a Mac or PC) located on Broad Street in San Luis

those used on the Internet; QuarkXPress, Photoshop/ImageReady,

It's funny being called "old school"
when it comes to the Web Design. Being at the right place
at the right time has its advantages. Much of our knowledge
of the medium was learned and incorporated back before the
latest tricks and toys were conceptualized. When we started
designing web sites in Photoshop and basic HTML, there was
a lot to be desired. Much has changed, but at the same time,
there will always be the standard rules of design and compatibility.
That is where knowledge and experience has come in handy.
We make sure that all the web sites we design have been viewed
on multiple versions of the popular Internet browsers, as
well as different platforms and screen resolutions (aka the
lowest common denominator). In addition, we also test our
HTML code through an online validation program. Our reputation
is based on our web development and design, and we take pride
in what we offer.

Deadlines are the most important part of production.
We feel it is important to make our commitments and meet our
deadlines. In helping us with that promise, we take many safety
measures including burning our digital files onto CDs during
the final phases of each project.
In the future, we hope to share with you many
client comments and a few case studies. But since our priority
is to our clients, updating our web site is usually the last
item on the list. We know you probably do the same with your
design projects, and that's why we are here to help.
